Software Testing is a main procedure of software development. Before the system is released for the public or for the customer, it is first tested and checked weather it gives the results as planned or not. Different types of testing mechanisms are used in the industry, such as , Alpha testing, Acceptance testing, Beta testing etc.

President Barack Obama's ban on earmarks in the $825 billion economic stimulus bill doesn't mean interest groups, lobbyists and lawmakers won't be able to funnel money to pet projects.They're just working around it -- and perhaps inadvertently making the process more secretive.
