Ever since my column entitled, “Life at a Call Center,” came out in Panorama Magazine, I have been getting heartwrenching e-mails from call center agents. One of the featured New York Time's opinion blogs is Nicholas D. Kristof's: "On the Ground". They give the description as: "Kristof, a Pulitzer Prize-winning Op-Ed columnist, posts about his travels around the world." Well, thats not all he does on his blog, not by a long shot!
